Confirming your Direct Address is Listed in the Direct Directory
To confirm a Direct address serviced by EMR Direct is listed in the directory, try searching for the Direct address which is offered in either a phiMail Web account, or the Direct directory API that is integrated into your application.
If the Direct address is not listed in the directory, please ensure that the Direct address is active, is issued to a Covered Entity, and that the “List in Directory” option is checked next to the Direct address in your administrative account (log in page: https://www.emrdirect.com/phimail/login.php). If a Covered Entity's Direct address is active and the box is checked but you don’t see that the Direct address in question is listed in the directory, please contact us at support@emrdirect.com.
