Lock Out Period

Three unsuccessful login attempts, within a five minute period, will trigger a lock out by the phiMail server that lasts five minutes. You will be able to sign back in to your EMR Direct phiMail account or change your password after such a five minute lock out period, without any unsuccessful authentication attempts, has passed.
