Preparing for Certification Testing
EMR Direct is ONC 2015 Edition h.2 certified for Direct Project and g.7-9 certified Application Access APIs (FHIR enablement). Our software has already been used by many developers in b.1, h.1, g.7-9, and e.1 certification testing.
A test address ending in "@test.directproject.net" can be used as directed in our ETT and DCDT guide for certification preparation and testing. Please email support@emrdirect.com to request the most recent version of this guide and let us know a regular email adress that can be used to receive incoming message alerts from us that may be needed in your testing to show error message details Direct message failures.
Vendors who performed 2014 Edition certification with EMR Direct may need to request a Developer account configuration change to enable additional resources needed for 2015 Edition certification testing.
For those new to EMR Direct, to obtain developer documentation and sandbox access for Direct Messaging or FHIR enablement services, please register for a complimentary developer account at https://www.emrdirect.com/subscribe-developer. Everything needed to successfully complete certification testing is included in our Developer accounts, including a test address, sandbox environment, sample code, and complimentary live certification testing support on your proctored test date and complimentary email-based support.
