Since first achieving full DirectTrust™ HISP, CA, RA, and EHNAC Privacy & Security Accreditation in January 2014—validating compliance with DirectTrust policies and enabling participation in the nationwide DirectTrust Network—organizations have increasingly relied on EMR Direct’s robust, accredited Direct messaging platform. The accredited infrastructure assures secure, encrypted transmission of Protected Health Information across over 2.8 million Direct endpoints nationwide.

Continued Platform Innovation
Building on the recent launch of Interoperability Engine 2026—which delivers enhanced HL7 FHIR services including USCDI v3, UDAP™, SMART® v2 support, and ONC API certification readiness—EMR Direct continues to enable seamless, secure cross-platform interoperability.
